Find the subway, complete Jesse's ritual, unlock Reach, and return to the progression route that required it.
Steps are states, not a checklist. Mark the one you are on and the page keeps your place.
The Subway Fault unlocks Reach.
Without Reach, some later routes in the Underpass cannot be crossed.
Drawn from the progression relation graph, not from a fixed copy of the quest order.
This is the prerequisite our progression relation graph records for this quest.
Some guides list Shift as a requirement for The Subway Fault. The relation data on this site does not confirm Shift as a hard gate, so it is not shown as required.
Head to Railyard Street Station, enter the subway and cross the train section. Use the CRT television to enter the Fault, find Jesse and finish the ritual. That unlocks Reach. Leave the Fault and go back to the Underpass route that was blocked.

前往 Railyard Street Station
Eight steps. Mark each one as you finish it and the page keeps your place.
Railyard Street Station
Interact → Fault transition

Reach Point

What's happening?
It is usually one of these: a missing prerequisite, a wrong active objective, a traversal requirement, an interaction requirement, or a known issue. Check which one applies before calling it a bug.
Check the location and the progression prerequisite. It triggers in the Evacuation Zone near Railyard Street Station.
Return to Railyard Street Station and look for the entrance at street level. The route section above has the landmark.
Check your current objective, then find the CRT television at the end of the tunnel route and interact with it.
Keep following the Fault route. Jesse appears further inside, not at the entrance.
If you already unlocked Reach and a normal Reach Point still won't activate, use the Reach troubleshooting page instead of this one.
Follow the exit route back to the subway and activate the fast-travel door on your way out.
