Enter any anomalous taxi, solve the three rounds inside its Threshold, and repeat across all seven zones. After the seventh taxi, answer one final call to close the quest.
One taxi per major zone. You can finish them in any order.
Enter any anomalous taxi you find in a zone. The quest starts on your first Threshold and the seven taxis can be finished in any order.
There is no single trigger location. Watch for a taxi that behaves differently from the rest of the street, then interact with it.
A caller named Mila guides you through every Threshold. She is part of the story but has no separate page yet.

Do not pick immediately. Wait for the streetlights to go dark.
