The route has changed
The CFD needs Pattern resonance from deep inside the Sinkhole. Your job is to take the Probe Relays down, install them at Bedrock, and collect the resonance the plan needs.

Diving BellClear the Hiss
Enemy still missing?The Descent
The diving bell takes you down, but it will not reach Bedrock until each Hiss interruption is cleared.
The Sinkhole is in the Evacuation Zone. Head to the staging area with the diving bell and start the descent from there.
The exact staging point still needs production verification, so this links to the zone and the finder instead of inventing a path.
- 01
Reach the Sinkhole
Travel to the Evacuation Zone and reach the staging area above the Sinkhole.
- Use a Fast Travel Door to the Evacuation Zone if you have one.
- Stop at the crane and the diving bell platform above the drop.
- 02
Board the Diving Bell
Step onto the bell and start the descent.
- The bell descends in stages, not in one continuous drop.
- Expect the ride to be interrupted before you reach the bottom.
- 03
Clear the first interruption
The bell stops and a Hiss encounter begins. Clear it to continue.
- Clear every enemy in the arena before returning to the bell.
- The bell will not move again until the encounter is fully resolved.
- 04
Find and defeat the remaining Hiss
A second stop hides its enemy more carefully. Search both levels before you assume the bell is stuck.
- Check the upper and lower level, not just the platform you landed on.
- Watch for a hidden or cloaked enemy that refuses to show itself.
- Confirm the objective updates before you return to the bell.
This usually means the current Hiss encounter is not fully cleared.

Guides single out the second stop for an easy-to-miss enemy. Clear everyone, then return to the bell.

Install the Probe Relays, then deal with what activating them wakes up.
Place each Relay, then activate it. Placing it is not the same as completing it.

- The first lower platform, near the ledge that faces the bell

- Blinking faster = getting closer
Start at the dispenser, then drop to the lower ledge.

Probe Relay 2
Not collected- From
- Central dispenser
- Destination
- The upper platform on the opposite side of the Bedrock arena
- Signal
- Blinking faster = getting closer
Cross the arena and climb the far side.
Final step · Activate the Relay
Probe Relay 3
Not collected- From
- Central dispenser
- Destination
- The side room behind the central Bedrock structure
- Signal
- Blinking faster = getting closer
Enter the side room instead of climbing the central pillar.
Final step · Activate the Relay
Probe Relay 4
Not collected- From
- Central dispenser
- Destination
- The top platform reached from the cable side of Bedrock
- Signal
- Blinking faster = getting closer
Follow the cable side up to the last platform.
Final step · Activate the Relay
Exact destination landmarks are still being verified against the live game. Treat these as the current safe route until production regression closes them.
Blinking faster means you are getting closer. The indicator turns green at the correct position.
Standing in the right spot is not enough — interact again to activate the Relay.
Movement is more limited while you carry a Relay.
- 1Identify the destination
- 2Check your climb route
- 3Then carry it across
- Is this the correct destination?
- Is the Relay fully placed?
- Did the objective update?
- Are you interacting with the activation point?
Activating the last Relay wakes a major Hiss attack at Bedrock. This is expected, not a failure state.
- 01Stay mobile
- 02Avoid ranged and area pressure
- 03Wait for a vulnerable low position
- 04Reach its back or exposed core
- 05Damage the weak point
- 06Repeat
Stats and the full move list belong to the enemy database. This is only what you need to finish the quest.
The Escape
The way you came in no longer works. Climb, follow the cable, and let the music lead you out.
Do not try to return the way you came. The diving bell route is no longer usable after the Relays are activated.
The highlighted glowing cable
After the collapse the space shifts, so follow landmarks instead of compass directions.
- 01
Climb the new floating structures
New platforms and rooms shift into reach after the collapse.
- After the collapse the space shifts, so follow landmarks instead of compass directions.
- 02
Find the cable from the diving bell
The bell's cable now runs through the shifted architecture and marks the way up.
- Follow the lit cable upward
- 03
Can't pass the spinning distortion?
Wait for the opening. Do not force the jump through the solid section.
- The exact timing still needs production verification.
- 04
Use the altered rooms as your route
The shifted rooms are the path, not a dead end.
- This is not the same as the Laundry Puzzle. Sharing the word laundry does not make them the same entity, so they are not linked here.
No — the route changes after the Relays are activated. Do not try to jump back onto the bell. Look for the new climbing route instead.

Follow the Music — which way do I go?
Music, TVs and lit route cues guide you through the shifting interior back to the surface.
Treat this as a sensory navigation puzzle, not a compass route.
Follow the TV that stays active with the music. When the sound stops, look for the next lit room.

Ask about the diving bell, the Probe Relays, the Hiss ambush, or the escape route, and the assistant already knows where you are in the quest.
