Why Isn't It Progressing?
Work through the checks before assuming a bug. Public tracking of this objective is genuinely ambiguous about how the Notes entry closes.
Power Lines complete, then Into the Sinkhole complete, then the Resonant requirement complete, then check the tracker state, then check the next-story gate.
Plan of Attack has no marker
Expected behavior. It has no direct map marker, so open one of its linked objectives instead: Power Lines, Into the Sinkhole, or the Resonant objective.
Power Lines is done but the objective isn't checked
Confirm Power Lines itself is fully completed, including its final quest state, then mark the objective complete here.
Into the Sinkhole is finished but the Notes entry is still active
Check the remaining CFD requirements. The Notes entry can stay active while another branch is still open.
Defeat More Resonant Entities is still incomplete
Both regional Resonants must be defeated. Check Central Resonant and West Incursion Resonant individually, the requirement only closes when both are done.
West Incursion Resonant is blocked
You likely need Shift to reach the Theater. Complete The Incursion Fault to unlock Shift, then resume the Resonant.
Everything looks complete but nothing happened
Recheck your progression state and the next-story gate before calling it a bug. Known issues are tracked on the updates page.
