Rescue Pope at the Oldest House, climb the Main Test Chamber, enter the Unknown through the Patterned TV and defeat Hedron Parallel. Then take the elevator back and report to Pope to finish the quest.

Return through Prime Candidate Testing, clear the Hedron enemies, reach the shelter by the Main Test Chamber and use the intercom to speak to Pope.

Enemies dead but the objective won't change

The fight alone does not advance the quest. Use the shelter intercom near the Main Test Chamber, then speak to Pope once the shelter opens. Only the conversation changes the objective.

Main Test Chamber

Climb the side walls and the moving pillar, then leave sideways at the top. Do not descend the mirrored wall.

Am I going in circles?

Either wall works. The mistake is climbing up one side and then descending the mirrored wall, which feels like progress but takes you back down.

Look for

The prison-cell gate route near the upper end of the moving pillar. Leave sideways there instead of continuing around.

Exterior tower

Fractured architecture with large gaps. Keep climbing upward and use wall and platform traversal; do not look for a single correct platform.

Gravity corridor

Gravity keeps flipping, so up, down, floor and ceiling stop meaning anything. Use the red carpet as the single orientation clue.

If you are mainly using basic Raw attacks, that is the reason. Hedron enemies resist Raw damage, so switch to secondary attacks, Fire, Mold or Hedron abilities instead of assuming your level is too low.
