The Spire, in the Underpass
Activate the nearby fast-travel door before you climb.
Guides describe the climb with different names, such as Shift or Gravity Shift. The production relation data does not confirm a hard traversal gate here, so it is not shown as required.
Reach The Spire in the Underpass, climb it and enter the Astral Plane. Follow the route to the central locked door, then find all three Astral Keys and return. The opened route leads to The Physicist. Beat the Resonant and choose between Spike and Astral Rebuke.

Check that you have reached the Underpass and that the right quest is tracked, then approach and inspect The Spire.
Check which side you approached from and whether you have the traversal progression the route expects before assuming a bug.
This is expected. The locked door is the main obstacle of this quest. Find the Astral Keys.
Open the Astral Key tracker and check which route you have not marked. Use the Which Key Am I Missing? helper.
Check the key state, the door interaction, any remaining branch and your active objective before concluding the quest is broken.
