Boss & Resonant Hub
CONTROL Resonant Bosses
Find every published Resonant, what unlocks the fight, where it happens, which Combat Ability it rewards, and how to prepare before you walk in.
Search by boss name, zone, story stage, mechanic or the Combat Ability you want. Searching a reward finds the Resonant that grants it.
Minimal mode replaces Resonant names with their zone, like “Downtown Resonant”. Searching a real name always reveals that boss.

Defeating a Resonant is what expands Dylan's Combat Ability options, so the fight also decides what your build can become.

Resonants by Zone
Zones are the honest browse order: mid-game Resonants can be tackled in more than one order, so this is not a fixed boss order.

Combat Ability Rewards
Every Resonant expands your Combat Ability options. This hub lists the facts; the choice guides compare them.
| Resonant | Zone | Ability reward |
|---|---|---|
| The Artist | Downtown | Choose one

| The Deserter | Central | Choose oneCompare choices |
| The Dancer | West Incursion Zone | Choose one

Late-game abilities are not always a choice between two options. This hub stays neutral and never recommends which ability to take.

Final Story Boss
The closing story encounter is not one of the six Resonants, so it is tracked separately.
Boss Fight Preparation
What to sort out before you walk through the door.
Boss fights are decided by attack windows, arena shape, extra threats, phases and status effects, not by raw damage. Build for the fight you are about to start.
Build power
Check that your current forms and upgrades are close to the content you are entering. A boss arena is a bad place to discover an unfinished build.
Range and windows
Ask whether the fight gives long openings or short punishes. Short windows favour fast options, long ones reward heavier hits.
Status effects
Burn, Infected, Astralized and Commanded change how a fight plays out. Bring the status your build already supports well.
Traversal and access
Some arenas are reached with traversal abilities rather than a normal route. Confirm you have the movement ability the zone expects.
Survival and recovery
If you keep dying before the last phase, the problem is usually recovery and spacing rather than damage.
These are good fits to consider, not mandatory loadouts. There is no single correct build for a boss.
Can't Beat a Boss?
If a fight keeps failing, the problem is usually one mechanic, one missing status or one wrong range. Ask the assistant with your current loadout and stage.
