Raw Damage is the specific damage stat this Artifact modifies. Current production data does not justify rewriting it as a blanket +15% to every damage source, melee damage, Combat Ability damage, Primary damage, or Secondary damage.
The page does not claim that final damage rises by exactly 15%. Form modifiers, critical hits, enemy defense, status, Dominance, and other Artifacts still sit in a formula that is not closed here.
Is Trusted Spanner good?
Use it when you want a stable offensive boost and do not want to build around a condition. It is a strong general baseline, not the best damage Artifact in every build.

It fits a loadout that wants reliable offense without full Health, Perfect Dodge, a summon, or an enemy-type requirement. Keep the specialist Artifacts when the build is specifically Blunt, Sharp, Primary form, or Secondary form.
