World Tour Tickets Overview

The question this Artifact answers is whether you will give up half of your Power capacity for a very large Combat Ability Damage bonus. World Tour Tickets is that exchange: Combat Abilities gain +100% Damage, and Power is capped at 50%. It is a burst piece with a real resource cost, not a plain damage buff.

What World Tour Tickets Does

Combat Abilities deal +100% Damage. While it is equipped, Power is capped at 50%.

Gain

+100% Combat Ability Damage

Trade-off

Power is capped at 50%

The bonus applies to Combat Abilities only. It does not raise Melee damage, Aberrant attacks, Raw Damage, or every attack. Trusted Spanner is +15% Raw Damage. Whetstone is +20% Damage on Melee attacks and Combat Abilities, with −20% Falter. Those are different scopes, so 100, 20, and 15 are not a ranking.

How the +100% Combat Ability Damage Works

The listed modifier is +100% Combat Ability Damage.

It is not +100 flat Damage. The game text is a percentage.

This page does not treat the bonus as a promise that final damage is exactly double. Base damage, other Artifact modifiers, ability modifiers, enemy mitigation, status modifiers, and stacking order are not combined into one final formula here.

What the 50% Power Cap Means

Equipping World Tour Tickets leaves Dylan with half of the normal Power capacity. The Power tank itself is smaller.

This is not Power recovery reduced by 50%, not a 50% higher Combat Ability cost, and not a temporary stop while Power regenerates.

Damage output goes up. Resource capacity goes down.

Is World Tour Tickets Good?

It is excellent when Combat Abilities are the damage plan and you can live with half a Power pool. It is a poor pick for melee damage, Falter, or constant ability spam.

Treat it as high-risk and high-reward. It is not the best Artifact overall. The highest listed Combat Ability Damage bonus among the standard Artifacts is still this +100%, and the best-Artifact ranking stays on the Best Artifacts guide.

Best Builds for World Tour Tickets

Use it when a few Combat Abilities are supposed to hit hard, and the smaller Power pool is acceptable. This page does not publish a universal loadout.

  • Ability burst

Spend the smaller Power pool on Combat Abilities that are the damage plan.

  • Perfect Dodge, then a free Ability

Pickpocket's Tool makes the next Combat Ability after a Perfect Dodge cost no Power. That cast still receives the +100% bonus. It bypasses the spend for one cast. It does not raise the Power cap.

  • Health as a backup payment

Wallet lets Combat Abilities spend Health when Power is not enough, and that Health cannot drop below 5% from the Artifact. Pairing a smaller Power pool with a Health payment is a high-risk resource idea, not a best combo. Health cost, ability cost, and Power thresholds are not fully modeled here.

How to Manage the Power Penalty

Nothing in this list restores the missing half of the Power cap. These Artifacts change recovery, generation, or the cost of one cast.

  • Bout Guard

Bout Guard adds +50% Power recovery, and Dylan takes +20% more damage. It refills the smaller tank faster. It does not cancel the 50% cap.

  • Paper Plane

Paper Plane grants more Power from attacks made while airborne. That is conditional generation. It does not turn the cap back to 100%.

  • Pickpocket's Tool

After a Perfect Dodge, the next Combat Ability costs no Power, and the benefit does not stack. That is a one-cast bypass, which fits a build whose Power tank is already small.

  • Wallet

When Power runs out, Combat Abilities spend Health instead, and Health cannot drop below 5% from this Artifact. It is an alternate payment, not a larger Power pool.

World Tour Tickets Compared

The useful question is which resource you are willing to spend. A higher Damage number is not automatically the stronger Artifact.

On Combat Abilities, the published spread runs from World Tour Tickets (+100% Damage, Power capped at 50%) to Brass Dusters (+50% Damage, no Falter), Whetstone (+20% Damage on Melee and Combat Abilities, −20% Falter), and Framing Hammer (no Combat Ability Damage, +30% Falter).

Brass Dusters

Brass Dusters is +50% Combat Ability Damage, and those abilities apply no Falter. World Tour Tickets is +100% Combat Ability Damage, and Power is capped at 50%.

Choose World Tour Tickets to spend Power capacity. Choose Brass Dusters to spend Falter.

Whetstone

Whetstone is +20% Damage on Melee attacks and Combat Abilities, with Falter reduced by 20%. World Tour Tickets is +100% Damage on Combat Abilities only, with the Power cap.

Mixed melee and ability play fits Whetstone more often. Ability-heavy burst is where World Tour Tickets matters, and the Power-economy risk stays in place.

Bout Guard

Bout Guard raises Power recovery by 50% and incoming damage by 20%. World Tour Tickets shrinks the Power tank to 50%.

Bout Guard is a recovery-rate partner, not a refund of the missing capacity. The tank stays at 50%. It fills faster, and you take more damage.

How to Get World Tour Tickets

Current launch-era artifact guides place the Untapped World Tour Tickets at the Evac Building vendor on the 15th floor of the Evacuation Zone, available after Evacuation Procedures. Production data confirms the Untapped Blueprint is formed at the Forgemaster in the Gap, and it does not bind this vendor location. There is no direct Artifact reward source.
